Since there has been discussion on tn-bird lately about possibly changing the dates of the Middle TN counts, I took a poll of the Nashville Count participants to see if we could change. The results showed that several people (including route leaders) would not be able to participate if we changed the count date to any other time. And since we have so many routes to fill we need all the people we can get. Ours is a land route with no huge bodies of water, so it takes more coverage. So, for the foreseeable future we will keep the Nashville Count on the first available Saturday of the count period, which is Dec. 19 this year. If anybody is interested and hasn't signed up yet, please get in touch with me offline. Thanks, Jan Shaw, compiler Nashville, TN =================NOTES TO SUBSCRIBER===================== The TN-Bird Net requires you to SIGN YOUR MESSAGE with first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
