[TN-Bird] NTOS meeting cancelled

Just wanted to let as many people as possible know that the NTOS meeting
scheduled for tonight, Thursday, is canceled due to snow. We'll try to
reschedule Frank Fekel's program for another meeting. No cancellation yet on
Saturday's trip to Monsanto Ponds in Columbia.
Be safe out there. It sure is pretty!
