Thank you Nashville TOS for organizing the field trip this morning. And a
special thank you to Richard Connors, Tarcila Fox. Jan Shaw, Frank Fekel,
Dan Shelton, Michael Smith, and several others whose names I did not get,
for a great day of birding around Percy Priest Lake. I had a wonderful
time, met some excellent birders, put some faces to names I've seen and
admired for several years, saw lots of cool birds and got two life birds on
top of all that. Thanks for a fun morning of birding.

Meet at 7:30AM at the dam, at the upper parking lot (~3837 Bell Rd.,
Hermitage TN)
We will carpool from there to various public sites around that end of the
lake (west end, Davidson County). Bring a scope if you have one, as we'll
be looking for water birds & etc. on and around the lake. Dress for
changeable weather; bring water and snacks. Planned as 1/2 day outing, but
afternoon extension is possible if there is interest. We'll do lunch at
Subway near our rendezvous point.
