[TN-Bird] Mottled Duck at Ensley

I just received a voicemail from Jeff Wilson that he has found and
photographed another MOTTLED DUCK at the Ensley Pits in sw. Shelby
County, TN. He didn't leave any more details, but I thought I would go
ahead and post it in case folks might want to try for it this afternoon
or make plans for tomorrow. This is only the second Mottled Duck
documented in Tennessee.
