[TN-Bird] Moorhens on the move?

Hi folks,
I note that moorhens have been reported in Chattanooga, Blount
County, TN, Maryland, Virginia, and the piedmont region of Georgia.
All by birders who report regularly to lists, and all were considered
by the reporters as unusual in their respective areas.
Something to watch for, I guess.
I think that is one of the true values to a birding listserv - the
ability for all of us to get something of a picture of events in
population changes, be they temporary or long term.
Now let's go find a gallinule!
