The Minnesota Ornithological Union is tracking money spent in Minnesota
birding this winter. They are asking anyone who went to Minnesota to
send the following information:

FOOD

LODGING

TRAVEL- car rental, gas, airfare

MISC.- guide fees, clothes, photo supplies

STATE of origin

NUMBER of people in party

Send the information to

Randy Fredrickson

Fredericksonr AT willmar.k12.mn.us

Randy has received responses totaling 350 birders and $130,000 worth of
expenses, which he estimates is about 15% of the total actually spent in
Minnesota this winter by birders.

Thanks,

Jon Mann

Nashville, TN
