[TN-Bird] Melton Hill Park osprey nest

The Ospreys have built a nest on channel marker 35 at Melton Hill Park in west
Knox County. Two were at the nest this afternoon with a third flying around on
the other side of the park. They nested in the area last year but around the
bend on markers not visible from the park, unlike this one which is easy to
view.
