[TN-Bird] Long-tailed Duck in Sullivan Co.

TN-Birders:
Late Saturday (Jan. 25) afternoon, Ed and Michelle Talbott from Maxie in
Buchanan County, Va., found a male and female Long-tailed Duck at South
Holston Lake in Sullivan Co., TN.
The birds were seen from Musick's Campground. They reported the birds to
Rack Cross, Sammy Cross and Wallace Coffey who were arriving at the sign-in
station of the campground. The Talbotts went back to the shoreline and
pointed out the birds.
The Talbotts also reported a Redhead at the South Holston Weir Dam along
with three Green-winged Teal.
Six Eared Grebes were at Musick's Campground along with several Horned
Grebes and Pied-billed Grebes.
It was a great way to end a cold day!
