Feb 13, 2014 Blount Co. There is a female Long-tailed Duck at the Alcoa Duck Pond, which is between the Elementary and High Schools. It was first seen yesterday and was still there as of 10:45 this morning. There were also 17 Redheads which flew off at 9:40. Six American Pipit were present also. Tom Howe Alcoa
