Greene County: mostly western portions, with a five-minute stop at Wal-Mart 
Distribution Center (WMDC) 

Car-birded a sizable chunk of the county today, with good results, highlights 
of which are: 

Gadwall (44, Gravel Woods Rd.) 
American Wigeon (14, Gravel Woods Rd.) 
Northern Shoveler (5, WMDC) 
Green-winged Teal (Gravel Woods Rd.) 
Ring-necked Duck (2, Guinn Dr.) 
Hooded Merganser (10, Gravel Woods Rd.) 
Ruddy Duck (Guinn Dr.) 
Northern Harrier (3) 
Cooper's Hawk 
Red-shouldered Hawk (2) 
Red-tailed Hawk (11) 
American Kestrel (7) 
American Coot (17, WMDC) 
Killdeer (227) 
Eurasian Collared-Dove (Main St., Mosheim) 
Red-headed Woodpecker (Green Rd.) 
Loggerhead Shrike (Hwy. 348 0.3 mi. west of Concord Rd.) 
Horned Lark (2 (including 1 singing male), Baughard Hill Rd.) 
Hermit Thrush 
American Pipit (76) 
Swamp Sparrow (2) 
White-crowned Sparrow (2)
