Late this afternoon we observed what appeared to be a family of four Loggerhead
Shrikes. At one point two of the birds which appeared to be slightly smaller
than the other bird nearest them “begging” from it.
This was on the northern part of Snow Hill Road in the large field that has
power poles and lines running through it. If you were traveling north they were
just past Snow Hill View Road on the lowest of the wires.
There was also a Read-headed Woodpecker working around one of the power poles.
