The Olive-sided Flycatcher was putting on a show this morning (Sep.
10, 2006) at our place, flycatching from the power lines over the
weedy "orchard." The first time I put my binocs on it today the
white rump-tufts were sticking out so far that it took me a second to
even figure out what in the world it was! Maybe it will hang around
for another six days so we can get in on the fall bird count.
