There are also records from Woods Reservoir in Middle Tenn.

As for the rest of the state, in addition to now-annual records from KY Lake,
 there are records from Reelfoot Lake and Shelby Co. in West Tenn., 
as well as six records from East Tenn (Chattanooga area,
Upper Douglas Lake, & South Holston Lake).

eBird shows a bird on 1/29/2009 at Old Hickory Lake (also reported to 
TN-birds), otherwise records are limited to Kentucky Lake from Pickwick Dam and 
the Big Sandy area.  The eastern shores of KY lake could technically be 
considered middle TN...
