The lark bunting that has recently been observed by many birders was still
present today at 2 pm (Wednesday, Nov. 30) in Liberty Park. You can park in the
marina parking lot and walk about 25 meters to the pond, which was practically
dry one week ago, but now is mostly full. The bird was foraging close to
sparrows on the high-weeded bank at the far end of the pond closest to the
marina. Luckily, it occasionally perched in the small trees on the bank.
