[TN-Bird] Knoxville area-Bald Eagle sighting and Great Blue Heron nest building

A couple notes of interest:
While working on a job site along the Holston River the past couple months, A 
bald eagle has been observed, at least twice, flying up and down the river in 
the Strawberry Plains area, just up river from unknown train trestle.  This 
area is Jefferson County.
Much further west, I heard from someone that the "great blue herons are working 
on their nests in the colony that nests across northshore from the cove."
