4 Swallow-tailed Kites and 2 Mississippi Kites still present today (8-18-17) as
of 11:00 AM.

And still there between 4 and 5 PM EST today.
There were at least 3 Swallowtail Kites and 2 Mississippi Kites. They
seemed to scatter out around the area part of the time but would
eventually work back to the area mentioned.
