[TN-Bird] Kingston Steam Plant

Boyd Sharp, Gail Clendenen and I visited Kingston Steam Plant (I-40, Exit 350, 
Roane County) Sunday evening, 5:45 to 7:00.
Best birds:

On the north side of the main pond, about mid way between the north and south 
ends
1 Black Tern - it disappeared after a few minutes.
3 Stilt Sandpipers
5 Semipalmated Sandpipers
3 Least Sandpipers
4 Lesser Yellowlegs
1 Semipalmated Plover
1 female Wood Duck
2 or 3 Ospreys

On the upper level:
3 Least Sandpipers
