[TN-Bird] Kingsport Harlequin cooperates for Chattanooga birders

I met Jonnie Lyons and her daughter Sally Michaud this morning behind the
Riverfront Seafood Company in Kingsport and after several anxious minutes
the Harlequin Duck made a much anticipated appearance. Flying in from
downstream and landing on the far side of the river feeding along the sore.
This was unusal as the duck has until now favored the near side shoreline.
