Here's a KTOS Field Trip announcement for east Tennessee: Sunday, January 22 8:00 a.m. Field trip to the EASTERN SHORE TRAIL in Loudon County Leader: Tony King (865-988-6172); KingTTony@xxxxxxx Meet at 8:00 a.m. at the lower parking lot at Fort Loudoun Dam (yes, the spelling of the name of the county and the dam are different)off US 321 in Lenoir City. After scanning the area there, with the possibility of Bald Eagles, we will drive to this trail off highway 95. The trail is a fairly easy, 1.2 mile forest walk with areas overlooking Tellico Lake. Some of the trees are identified, so you can improve your ability at winter tree identification as well as look for birds.
