Juvenile is correct, but it is a juvenile European Starling.

This is a new visitor to our feeder station. It’s color is nothing like a
Brown Thrasher but it’s size and shape matched as well as striping on
chest. It doesn’t have characteristic yellow/gold eyes but my searching
showed the juveniles don’t.
