[TN-Bird] Jeff's birds (KY Lake & Reelfoot)

Talked to Jeff briefly today. He had some nice birds on KY Lake over last 
couple of days, including a Pacific and two Red-throated Loons, and a 
Red-necked Grebe. He tried for the Little Gull several times, with no luck. 
Hopefully we can refind at least some of this stuff tomorrow. Jeff said there 
was a tremendous difference in yesterday and today though. May be a little 
rough with the wind tomorrow, but we'll see what's around. Should be a nice day.
Jeff also had the young Little Gull again on Reelfoot, but no big Grebe. Lots 
of other interesting birds around as well, that's the highlights on rarities 
though.
