[TN-Bird] Is the Golden-Winged Warbler an Endangered or Threatened Species?

In response to a petition to list the Golden-winged Warbler as endangered or
threatened under the Endangered Species Act, the US Fish and Wildlife Service
has just determined that its listing may be warranted and has initiated a
formal
