[TN-Bird] Immature Golden Eagle

Yesterday, as my wife and I were leaving The Crossings shopping center on
Knob Creek Road, we spotted an immature golden eagle circling above the open
field behind the Bank of Tennessee construction site. The eagle then perched
in
the trees along the Med-Tech entrance street allowing us to view it within
30 feet for approximately 5 minutes. The eagle then was startled somewhat by
construction noise and flew over the ridge toward ETSU.
