I've been seeing some postings on ebird and Oddfeathers from Springfield Branch
in Alcoa, TN. Does anyone know if this is accessible to the public? And is this
part of Alcoa Marsh and is it accessible? If so, I sure would appreciate some
good directions; sounds like a great place to bird.
Tom Howe has done the bird postings. Can someone get me in touch with Tom?
