[TN-Bird] Help w/Jaeger Requested

Birders,
 
I am contemplating a Monday trip to see the L T Jaeger in KY.  Can anyone give 
me good directions from E. TN (Knoxville), give me an idea of the best spot to 
look for the bird from (w/o a boat), and an idea of the best time of day?
