[TN-Bird] Harrier flyover - Knox

Timing is everything. Took the dog out around 7:30 AM Thurs morning
and noticed a high-flying bird. Grabbed the binocs and saw it was
a Norhtern Harrier flying W to E across the ridge (rather than along
it). That's the third migrating Harrier I've had from home since
moving here in 2002.
