The Harlequin Duck made it easy at Riverfront Restaurant in Kingsport, TN (Sullivan County) this evening around 4:30. Juanita Davis found her before I did. "Is it the one with the white spot on the side of her head?" Was able to get within about 30 feet of her right in front of the restaurant.
