the actual bird say, but if the warm brown underparts seen in the photos 
online is real and not a lighting artifact, then juvenile Boat-tailed would 
be my initial vote as less likely as that would seem.  Great-tailed are more 
cold grey here. Not sure how helpful voice will be for a juvenile but 
definitely worth recording if it is vocalizing.

On separate note, had 2 Canada Warblers in the yard this am here in Knox Co.
