It will be interesting to see what folks with eyes (and hopefully ears) on the
actual bird say, but if the warm brown underparts seen in the photos online is
real and not a lighting artifact, then juvenile Boat-tailed would be my initial
vote as less likely as that would seem. Great-tailed are more cold grey here.
Not sure how helpful voice will be for a juvenile but definitely worth
recording if it is vocalizing.
On separate note, had 2 Canada Warblers in the yard this am here in Knox Co.
