[TN-Bird] Goldfinches

 At 7:30 this morning, I watched 25 American Goldfinches picking at fresh young 
buds in a very small elm tree. Looking like Christmas tree ornaments 
silhouetted against the morning clouds, this approaches the record of 33 that I 
counted in about 1986.
