I updated the web site and pages for each bird with the latest info. This continuing heavy cloud cover doesn't allow for transmitters to charge well, so we don't get data often, but they are still collecting it. Monroe finally checked in a week or so ago and is still in southern NY. He spent the summer a little east of where Hytop spends the summer in northern Quebec. Two of our birds (Letson and Sand Rock) are back at the southern end of the Cumberland Plateau at the TN/AL line. Hytop was near Cookeville, but is now in KY. Hatfield Knob has been back in KY where he's spent the majority of the last two winters. Jericho still hasn't checked in. I have my fingers crossed that she's still far north (which is distinctly possible). http://www.tnwatchablewildlife.org/GoldenEagles.cfm Cheers, Scott Somershoe State Ornithologist Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency P.O.
