[TN-Bird] Golden Eagle project update

All,
I have updated the pages for all the Golden Eagles we are tracking on the
Golden Eagle page on the Tennessee's Watchable Wildlife web site. I have
updated maps and info on their movements.
A couple of our birds have done some neat things since my last update. I hoped
to update every week or two, but life happens and it is about monthly. Most
birds are in Canada and off the grid until the fall, but a couple are still in
cell range sending data off and on.
