[TN-Bird] Gallatin Steam Plant entry rules

For those interested in looking for the Common Moorhen that was seen at the  
steam plant today, please be sure that you have permission to go in, and that  
you drive through the main entrance.  They do not want people parking on  the 
side road and just walking in.  Please respect their rules or we will  lose 
our privileges to bird there in the future.  For access permission  call Kristi 
Lanius or Dennis Spencer at 230-4091.
