I had an unmistakable adult Bald Eagle flying over the Warfield Blvd and Rossview Rd. intersection headed towards Swan Lake yesterday. It's rare to see an Eagle away from the Cumberland river area, but it's always a treat! At Swan Lake today-- --Nine Redhead ducks (eight males) swimming before they flew around the lake and towards the east. --Two Canvasbacks that have been present for awhile. My feeders are hosting most of the expected birds, including 12 Turkeys today. I've had a Fox Sparrow for the last couple days as well. No Pine Siskins or Purple Finches yet.
