[TN-Bird] Re: Fw: Re: Willets at Snow Bunting Peninsula

This is why that place is worth checking multiple times a day. I was there
at 6:00 AM and there were no Willets, but I did have a female Bufflehead
and a presumed Ross's Goose. I say "presumed" in that I saw a tiny white
goose flying with a flock of Canadas, and this is very close (within a few
miles) to where I saw a confirmed Ross's Goose a couple of weeks ago with a
similar sized flock of Canadas, so I think it's very likely the same
individual.

The Willets are still present at Snow Bunting (as of 10:30) although a
car flushed them and they flew over to the beach area next to the small
picnic pavilion...7 birds. Also a Forster's tern on one of the white buoys
out from the beach.

Didn't expect much to be here with this weather but was happy to find a
group of 6 Willets right by the peninsula.
