Unless the TN bird shows up again, I would say there is no reason at all to suspect it is a different bird.

Indiana: On Feb 8 John Hartley found a confirmed Hooded Crane at Goose Pond FWA Beehunter Marsh Unit BH5S (Greene County), Indiana, in the field north of the driveway turnaround at the former farmhouse site.
