[TN-Bird] Franklin County Whooping Cranes

The three Whooping Cranes that have been present in Franklin County for 
much of this winter were still present at their usual location off of Joyce 
Lane (pg 22 of the TN Atlas & Gazetteer, grid code C-3) behind the armory 
yesterday afternoon (Feb 22). Also present were 20 Sandhill Cranes.
