Fowler Rd Irrigation Pond

Rough-legged Hawk still present. First saw bird setting in corn stubble.
Flew then found again setting on telephone pole. Thanks to Damien Simbeck
for the earlier report. Flocks of Blackbirds to far off road to find
anything interesting.
