[tn-bird] Flycatcher nesting

A pair of Great Crested Flycatchers is investigating a nestbox intended for
flickers. The nestbox is filled with wood chips to the base of the hole.
Will the flycatchers remove the chips? Or, should I remove the chips? Since
I don't know how long this investigation has been going on, they may have
already started building the nest, so I don't want to disturb their work.

Thanks for any info.
