[TN-Bird] First U.S. sighting

Murray Gardler, a former Memphis TOS Chapter member now living in 
Florida, just phoned to say that he had sighted a first for the U.S. - a 
Mangrove Swallow.  Congratulations !  More information can be found on 
the Florida website. ( Murray is an old and great friend. I think I'm 
almost as excited as he is.)
