I spent the morning at Shelby Forest with the "Wed group", then went to Ensley Bottoms, Shelby Farms, and, on the way home, Crossing Kirby Whitten in front of my car, about a half mile from our house, a Black-Billed Cuckoo flew across. 3 gorgeous Black Bellied Plover 2 Semi-palm Plover 3 Greater Yellowlegs 3 Semipalm Sandpiper 1 Hairy Woodpecker 1 Blue-headed Vireo 2 Philadelphia Vireo 1 Magnolia Warbler 4 Black-throated Green 1 Worm-eating warbler 1 Canada warbler 2 Dickcissel Good birding!
