Jan Shaw and I had our first Fall American Redstart at Radnor Lake this
morning by the spillway.
We also located a Ruby-throated Hummingbird nest near the boat ramp which
one of the regular Radnor photographers had told her about, and we were
able to see at least one nestling. It seems really late to have young still
in the nest, but I'm guessing that with all the storms we've had, a lot of
birds probably lost earlier nests and started over, if they were able.
