[tn-bird] Eurasian Wigeon at Britton Ford

I just received a call from Mike Todd who said that he had a male Eurasian
Wigeon with 4 American Wigeons at about 12:30 pm at the overlook /
observation platform at the Britton Ford area of the Tennessee National
Wildlife Refuge in Henry County.  While he was watching them the 5 birds
flew off and landed on the next point across the cove but were still in the
area.
