I think you're on solid ground with both IDs, and the images and detailed
written descriptions are great!
I'll toss out this idea generally: it may be a better strategy for all us
to initially enter such things as "Empidonax sp." if we're planning on
getting outside opinions/confirmation. I recently went through a similar
process on a confusing empid, and in retrospect I would have felt better
about my own process if I had initially started with Empid and then gone
through the discussion and confirmation phase.
