[TN-Bird] Elizabethton Fall Count

The Elizabethton Fall Count was held on 28 Sep, covering Carter Co. &
parts of adjacent Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, & Washington Cos.

41 observers in 8 parties participated.

A total of 131 species were recorded, which is well above the 30-year 
average of 124.

The only notable miss was Pied-billed Grebe, which was missed  for
only the 2nd time on this count since 1970.
