Victor Stoll and I spent part of the day in Northwest Tennessee, mostly
looking for Mark Greene's immature Little Gull on Reelfoot Lake.
Bonaparte's Gull numbers were down, and we didn't find the Little Gull.
However, the Eared Grebe was still present, seen from the State Park at
the South end of the Lake.
4 Forster's Terns and several Tree Swallows were also seen over the lake.
A short stop at Bogota Wildlife Refuge in Dyer County produced good
numbers of raptors, including an adult Golden Eagle, Krider's, Harlan's and
