[TN-Bird] Eared Grebe

After watching this bird for over an hour, I feel sufficiently confident 
reporting an Eared Grebe at seven points campground. It is next to two Horned 
Grebes for comparison. Sharply peaked head is much more forward and the 
transition from the black top of the head to the dusky white below is gradual. 
The overall neck color is also much duskier than the Horned Grebes nearby. 

Philip Casteel pointed the bird out to me initially but we weren't certain. 
Viewing conditions have improved dramatically since he left.
