Buckner Park Dickson, Dickson Co., TN 2014 September 6 1:20-1:40pm Living in SW Davidson Co., I decided to drive the 30 miles to see if the PIPING PLOVER was still at the lake at Buckner Park in Dickson this afternoon. Storms had come in but there was only very light rain at the park when I arrived. The bird was still in the NW cove of the lake as mentioned by Stephen Zipperer, feeding on the mud shore. Additional shorebirds also continued.
