[TN-Bird] Dickcissels, Sandpipers - Cedar Hill, Adams (Robertson Co.)

I did a drive around Cedar Hill & Adams this morning to see what was
around. Dickcissels are once again here in good numbers, attracted by
the big grassy fields and fence rows that are so common in this part
of the state. I counted around 30 singing males.

I'd hoped to see Grasshopper Sparrows in several places where I've
had them before, but today I found only one pair. I had about equal
numbers of Blue Grosbeaks and Horned Larks, tallying 5-6 of each.

A nice surprise was a flock of 17 Baird's Sandpipers at the edge of a
pond with a decent-sized mud flat.
