[TN-Bird] Davidson and Williamson Counties this morning.

Davidson and Williamson Co.
Traveling
After looking at my Davidson Co. list I realized that several birds that I
should have were missing. Left out before sunrise this morning and stopped
at Hamilton Creek Boat ramp area for owls. Got Screech Owl one off my
list. Still need Great Horned. Next headed up to Bells Bend Park.
Bells Bend I got 8 Sparrows this morning which included Savannah(needed for
Davidson), and American Tree Sparrow(nice bonus bird) found feeding along
the road between the two entrances. Photograph attached. Thanks to Frank
Fekel for the heads up.
Next off to Williamson Co. for Moran Rd. where Scott Block and then Frank
Fekel reported Am. Golden Plover, Lesser Yellowlegs( really like watching
these guys feed they get after it). Got both plus a bunch of Wilson Snipes
and a nice flock of Rusty Blackbirds. The mansions along this road are
something to see. Horse barns bigger than my house. Beautiful area.
So three Davidson County birds added and some new Williamson County birds.
